The tuna wrap was better than expected
Four cans of tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, and our low-carbohydrate tortillas produced six wraps. Toasting the wrap turned a practical protein meal into something we genuinely enjoyed. Each finished wrap is estimated at about 176 calories, 21 grams of protein, and roughly 12 grams of fiber.
The rice bowl solved two problems
The second meal used seasoned 93/7 ground turkey with a mixture of cooked rice, egg whites, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and spinach. Adding two teaspoons of chia seeds and one tablespoon of water to each container raised the estimated fiber without sacrificing the protein-to-calorie ratio.

These meals fit the same routine that keeps the day simple: protein before and after the morning workout, fruit during the morning, a prepared lunch, and a planned dinner. The goal is not a perfect meal. It is a repeatable day with enough protein, enough fiber, and food worth eating.
