Chocolate Berry Protein Oat Pudding

A blended make-ahead breakfast that also works as a protein dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Knudsen 2% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Premier Protein Vanilla shake (11 fl oz)
  • 3 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, Double Rich Chocolate
  • 2 Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal packets
  • 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Pour the Premier Protein shake into the blender first.
  2. Add cottage cheese, berries, oatmeal, protein powder, and chia.
  3. Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides if needed.
  4. Divide into five containers.
  5. Refrigerate at least four hours, preferably overnight. Stir before eating.
