Chocolate Berry Protein Oat Pudding
A blended make-ahead breakfast that also works as a protein dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Knudsen 2% low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Premier Protein Vanilla shake (11 fl oz)
- 3 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, Double Rich Chocolate
- 2 Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal packets
- 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Pour the Premier Protein shake into the blender first.
- Add cottage cheese, berries, oatmeal, protein powder, and chia.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides if needed.
- Divide into five containers.
- Refrigerate at least four hours, preferably overnight. Stir before eating.
