Ingredients
- 240g ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla
- 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, Double Rich Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Jif Simply Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 Tbsp low-calorie maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8-inch square pan.
- Mash bananas until smooth, then mix in yogurt, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla.
- Add whey, cocoa, and baking soda. Mix only until uniform.
- Fold in most of the chocolate chips, saving some for the top.
- Spread in the pan, top with remaining chips, and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting into 10 brownies.
