Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Brownies

The original successful version: fudgy, chocolatey, and still a real dessert.

Ingredients

  • 240g ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla
  • 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, Double Rich Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Jif Simply Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tbsp low-calorie maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth, then mix in yogurt, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Add whey, cocoa, and baking soda. Mix only until uniform.
  4. Fold in most of the chocolate chips, saving some for the top.
  5. Spread in the pan, top with remaining chips, and bake 20–25 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into 10 brownies.
