Estimated nutrition per bite: 89 calories | Protein 8.1 g | Carbs 8.6 g | Fat 2.6 g | Fiber 1.3 g

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Partially thaw the fruit. Drain excess liquid and pat dry. Finely chop cranberries, then fold both fruits into vanilla yogurt.
  2. Divide evenly into 12 silicone muffin cups, or form 12 equal clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze 2-3 hours until solid.
  3. Microwave chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Drizzle evenly over all 12 bites.
  4. Freeze another 15-30 minutes until the chocolate sets. Soften before eating.

Kitchen notes

No added protein powder. Cranberries give a tart flavor. Nutrition is per bite when the batch makes 12 equal portions. It uses the Oikos Pro vanilla label and about 43 g dark chocolate; a thicker chocolate topping or different yield changes macros.

Store airtight in the freezer for best quality within 2 months. For a young child, mash fruit and thaw the portion until soft enough to eat with a spoon.
